Problem Solving

- Apply the 6 steps in the process to a complex workplace or personal problem you (or someone you know) experienced.
- Write about your process of applying each of the 6 steps to the problem.
- State whether you feel that the process resulted (or will result) in a satisfactory resolution to the problem.
